Milton Keynes Shooting School

About

Established several years ago by Lou Amey, the concept of the school is to provide the best possible shotgun instruction to members and guests.
Kingsland Farm at Drayton Parslow, has always been the home of the shooting school, and although the club’s name may have changed, the focus on quality coaching remains the same.

Instructor

Lou is the school’s proprietor and principle instructor. He has been actively involved in clay and game shooting for more than 30 years. He provides ‘one-to-one’ and group coaching at various prestige venues throughout the country.
Large group instruction and corporate coaching is usually carried out with the help of several fully accredited professional freelance coaches.

Lou’s Qualifications

  • CPSA Club Safety Officers Award
  • Member of Institute of Clay Shooting Instructors.
  • BASC Shotgun Coaching Accreditation
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 3
  • Member of the APSI (holds APSI Safety Certificate)
  • Enhanced CRB Clearance

The School

The school has helped hundreds of shooters improve their skills and knowledge (and scores), and assures the novice of a sound and safe foundation for their chosen sport.

Costs

A 75 minute session costs £60 and includes 50 clays. A small charge will be applied for additional clays.
Two people booking one session can share this cost, although we would recommend that if more than two people are sharing it would be prudent to book more than a single session. Prices can be negotiated for small groups. (Please contact for prices for other venues). Paid up DPSC members will receive a £10 discount per coaching session.
